It works when it works, but for a service I paid for to use in class, I expected the devs to put more effort into thinking about the usability and convenience from students perspectives.
Seriously. Having to login almost daily on this app is a pain. Give me an option to authenticate myself using Touch ID or a PIN. I shouldnt have to type in my full email/password combo. It takes too long and even the professor gets annoyed.
Just a poorly executed app. Not on a technical level, but on a conceptual one. Little thought put into how the enduser would ACTUALLY use the app.
