Extremely bad service

No school should consider responseware as audience response system. Even after buying expensive license from them, they do not give any service. App crashes a lot. Response dont get registered many times. So even after paying them money, we do not get participation points. When you call their support line, you dont get talk to anyone. You can just left a message.
