This app worked for me without error the entire first semester, but as soon as I tried it for the second half of the year, it told me to download an update that did not exist. Now I have to buy a clicker anyways.

Used to work great, but now it ask for an update that does not exist.

It will not let me log into the app. It keeps telling me “app version out of date, Please update to the latest version…” This is the latest version!! please help I need it for my class

This app as well as the entire website has been like having a kidney stone between my eyes. Id flush my whole phone down the toilet just to make a statement about how much I dislike Turning Account if I werent required to use it for a grade.

Great! This app doesnt work reliably. It disconnects itself from the session after switching apps. I have to login again and thus lose previous response time. Great if your grades depend on some untalented programmers!

Sometimes the question does not appear or load when the professor has opened polling. I have to sign out and then enter the session again. Not only that, sometimes the poll graph does not appear after the polling has closed. This app needs a lot of improvement. A refresh button would be nice, or having the ability to continuously be in eaten session even after switching apps would be very nice to have.

Would be great if it didnt randomly sign out.

Responseware is an absolute piece of trash. Subscriptions cost $20 and are required for graded assignments. The iPhone app as well as the in-browser version both time out frequently and do not record answers to questions. This occurs despite great wifi signal strength and costs students their grade due to poor design. Responseware was poorly designed and maintained no matter what platform it is used upon. Its creators clearly do not care about the quality of their product. Our entire 170 student class has lost connections during quizzes, the software is nothing but a hindrance to any session it is used in. It is clear that the developers do not offer costumer support beyond convincing large schools to mandate that their entire student bodies buy subscriptions at $20 a piece. This app is a buggy ploy to make quick cash on the part of the developers.

Reasonable design and idea, but its very buggy. I dont know if weve ever had a lecture where its worked perfectly - it might not record responses, itll sign everyone out unexpectedly, or itll freeze on an old question. The only way to fix it if its frozen is to log out completely and log back in (3 steps), which never leaves enough time to submit a response. A refresh button might fix one of the many issues with this software.

Id rather eat day old McDonalds fries that have been on the floor rather than use this app. Its a terrible app that requires the user to consistently leave and return to answer the question, and never loads the next question or the graph. I have friends that could do a better job than this.

Doesnt stay in sync with session and theres no manual refresh. You have to leave the session and rejoin and by that point youve already missed the question.

This app is so unreliable. Dont download it. Leave your clicker in your car, or place reminders on your phone, to make sure you dont forget it for class, because this app is not going to save you.

This app mostly gets the job done, but they seriously need to fix the problem where it logs you out constantly. Within a class period, I have to sign in, enter my session ID, and submit multiple times. I dont understand why it logs you out automatically and so quickly. Wouldnt be a hard fix if they tried...

This program would be great. However, it crashes non-stop DURING TESTS! This cannot happen. I am in medical school and use an iPad Air 2. Please fix this app before subjecting others to failing quiz and test scores do to this faulty app. -Thanks

The app almost always has some issue either doing something so simple at connecting to the server upon app initialization or letting me sign in. Repeated errors occur while trying to join sessions - the sign in page often wont load at all, just present a blank screen.

YOU CANNOT USE IT FREE. THIS APP DOESNT WORK. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE SOFTWARE

How embarrassing for the developers of this software. They made us buy this app at the beginning of class and it has NEVER worked. What a disgrace of a company.

This app used to work OK... but seriously? I have to log in every time I open the app? Cmon, really? Stop making it worse. Edit: Continuing to use throughout the semester. STOP MAKING ME LOG IN EVERY TIME I OPEN YOUR APP.

Older version used to keep you signed in into your account. Now you have to log in everytime you open the app. Very annoying and missed have the questions in lectures trying to access this app.

While it does work, if you have a long password resign yourself to missing half the questions because you are signing in. You have to sign in every single time.
